Congregation is largely Khoja and Pakistani but the community is incredibly welcoming nonetheless. Nearly all khutbas and lectures are done in English with a few special lectures done in Urdu. Vancouver architect Bruno Freschi put a great amount of thought into the architecture of the building and gardens. Even from the perspective of an outsider, this facility is magnificent. It was a humbling, interesting, and beautiful experience to learn about the religion, culture, and architecture of the Ismaili. These people are doing wonderful things throughout the world!
