There was never a good explanation, they had added my kids on the policy, we had moved to a different area, it was an adjustment that would change back next month, nothing ever made sense. I cancelled the policy over the phone with my rep and she confirmed that the policy had been cancelled. As I suspected, because I have no trust in Statefarm whatsoever, they had the audacity to charge my account again the following month after the cancellation.
