Dr mann literally saved my life! For over 2 year's I had dizzy spells, weakness, rapid heartbeat…read more 4 emergency room visits, many dr visits, no solution. I thought I might have bppv, so after a really bad day I called. He got me in the next morning. I had a few episodes in his office, he pulled out his stethoscope, and said it's not your ears, it's your heart. He was the first doctor to figure me out. After heart surgery at cch I'm fine now. Thanks dr mann

I remember saying to myself, "If I ever need an ear nose and throat Dr in the future, I am coming HERE!" Well the time came when I needed an ear doctor, and thankfully I remembered Dr.Mann. I just went there to get my hearing checked, and I was JUST as amazed as I was last time, at how nice he and his staff were. Dr Mann was beyond patient, as he even listened to this additional question I had, which was unrelated to the reason I was there, and I felt like I had all the time in the world with him. He painlessly removed a skin flap from inside my ear, and then after my hearing test, told me I could try out a hearing aid if I wanted to see if it would actually help. No pushiness at all. One of the nicest doctors I've ever been to in my life.

Unfortunately, yes. (paradise lost, at least for part of the year) The doc was easy to talk to and recommended allergy testing. After many needle pricks (by his super nurse Sue), I've begun shots... it'll take a few months to see the effects. Not sure about the previous reviewer's negative experience with this office and plastic surgery, I've found them professional and caring.

Practices Plastic Surgery. I would not recommend, it is not his specialty, it is "Ears, Nose,…read moreThroat." When interviewing they talk you into expensive plastic surgeries that you really don't need. Then when an important follow up appointment was made it was a holiday time and the patient was left there with no medical person to inspect at post op appointment..It was on the book, but the Doctor went on vacation, and the assistant was off! The anesthetist did assist as best she could. Very scary and unprofessional. Not as "friendly" after you have spent money and damage was done. He burned with acid on face and left white patches on face. This is a scar for life. When asked what Dr. could do he said he would "sand my flesh with sandpaper on my face down, but had never done it before and would experiment." I think not. Also there is no feeling or sensation on top of head and they didn't explain that. It was over 4 weeks you walk around looking like a beast. To change your looks forever. Not worth it. I have a permanent white patch on my face for life.

I resisted some more since I'm self sufficient, but in all honesty, I was tired of not being able to follow a conversation, missing a word and having no clue what was going on and living in a partially silent world.. so I made the appointment and went. The entire staff was excellent, from the entire office staff, to Dr Freedman who I saw first to make sure my ears were healthy and that hearing aids would help me, then after that I met with the audiologist, Joseph Weisberger who was awesome.. I have really bad anxiety and he was very nice and patient, gave me the hearing test and the bad news that yes.. I definitely needed hearing aids, but the choices now are so much better than they were when I was 10 and got them for the first time and refused to wear them so my parents returned them.. this time I made the attempt to get used to them, and was finally able to hear in formerly silent world. I had several visits to adjust hearing aids, but it only took me a few days to get used to them.. 2 weeks ago I had to go back after dropping one. I figured it would either be an easy fix or I'd need new ones.. thankfully for me, it was an easy fix. After getting the repair done, Joseph again took the time to make sure I was happy with the level of hearing and I actually left there feeling like I'd gotten new hearing aids and can even hear the rain on the roof right now.. I would recommend this office and the Middletown office to anyone.. beyond excellent service and staff!
