Honestly, I didn't think too much about it because my friend referred me to them. When they showed up, I was impressed. I wish I had used them for my wedding last year. They were professional, well-prepared and promptly set up their equipment because my friends were super anxious to get their photo-ON and also because some of them were a little tipsy. We loved their props and especially loved their Hello Kitty Glasses. The background of each photo booth picture was fun. Honestly, I didn't think they would design it in a 4th of July theme because other photo booth vendors are super plain but they did! The quality of the photo paper and print was clear and crisp. We used them for an elementary school event and they showed up late, left early, and their equipment never did work. They were not professional in the situation from start to finish. Kids stood in line for such a long time to walk away empty handed... we received absolutely no photos and paid hundreds of dollars. We still have not received a refund in 3 moths and counting... it takes a lot of nerve to do that to volunteers at an elementary school. That really says something about who is running this "organization".

Very importantly, their cameras are DSLR and high quality!! I've used some photobooths before where I hated the photo due to resolution and lighting but this wasn't the case. The lighting was amazing, and there was instant sharing via text, AirDrop, and email. All digital photos were sent to me just a couple days after! Best part is- they have multiple photobooths for you to choose from.. modern or vintage, etc. My guests could also select either black and white OR color photo which was cool, and there was a large variety of photo props to choose from. I had a custom photo template which they helped me make, and it was a seamless process since they gave me lots of background colors and ideas. From the very beginning, they were very communicative, very clear on what they needed on site (which wasn't much- an outlet and 7 ft space), arrived on time, and the photo strips are such high quality. The best part was that I was able to customize my own photo strip. They had me choose from a variety of templates. I pulled a few inspo pics, very vaguely described what I was looking for and they created the strip within a day. After they sent the first edit, I wanted to change the font and they sent me an edit within two hours. They did not make me feel like a nuisance at all for wanting to change the design. Also when printing, you can choose how many strips you want to print. Anywhere from 2-however many folks want a copy. Overall, cannot recommend Ichiban enough.
