I chose a donut looking bread and a cheese topped bread. The non donut item was a good mimic of a donut, with chocolate frosting and whipped cream. It wasn't too sweet nor oily. The cheesy bread was pretty good, soft and fresh, almost like ciabatta. The good thing is that the prices are pretty cheap, it was 7-10 pesos for each piece. You go in, get a tray, pick what you want, go to the counter/bagger, then the cashier.

Their breakfast sandwiches and pastries are phenomenal and fresh. I love watching the bakers make the bread behind the counter. The precision and care they use with making their goodies is apparent in the flavors and presentation. They have nice tables, a cozy couch, and shelves full of books you can enjoy. There's always some good tunes in the background too. A cozy atmosphere with great food that makes you want to be a regular customer.

I hope Galileo Panificio is still making delicious pastries and yummy sandwiches. My love goes out to the people of Queretaro. Ohh, I just saw picture of the food again. I want to return.
