I believe that is basically pure strawberries pureed and frozen. The vanilla was different from the one that I'm used to and is hard for me to explain the taste, but it was delicious nevertheless. The consistency was very creamy that feels on par with gelato. I found that it wasn't available on yelp and added it just so I can find it again the next time I'm in Celaya.
