We don't get here as often as I like but I am happy to say the food is still delicious! Call and order and it's ready by the time I get there I was happy to see new menu items

Shoyu Ramen added tofu! Daughter loved it!!!!

Our daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled and she's really wanted ramen. This place was recommended by multiple people. We had the shoyu ramen (added tofu for our daughter) and tonkotsu shoyu ramen and my husband had Katsura chicken sandwich. It was all so delicious! We will be going back!

The rational options in ramen and the appetizers are goodbut my favorite are the cold noodles they have in the hot time of year (late March through September). They are delicious . Family owned business.

I was craving some good authentic food where I did not have to drive out of SCV and wanted to support a mom and pop store. I ordered their beef bowl and cold tofu appetizer and I loved it. The beef gyudon tasted like what I had in Japan. Restaurant is quite small with no restrooms, but food is delicious. Please support them as they are going through rough times. They had to stop DoorDash because it was taking 40% of the cost and then they had a break in . Service was superb.

It doesn't look like much from the outside. It's small and quaint in the inside clearly mom and pop shop. DELICIOUS!

As a Japanese-American who has lived in Japan and frequent Japan to visit family, I can FINALLY say I found a ramen-ya san (ramen restaurant) in LA area that I actually love and TASTES JUST LIKE JAPAN. THE RAMEN: From upon the ramen being put in front of me, I immediately smell the broth and KNEW, this is it!! Tasting it confirmed what I smelt. Noodles, are actual legit ramen noodles. Not cheap cup noodle noodles that some ramen restaurants try to pass for (yet some customers still think it's good-clearly not actual ramen folk who know better). The meat/tonkatsu, was DELICIOUS and pan cooked before added to the bowl just the way I like. QUALITY. TASTE. TEXTURES. BROTH. NOODLES. even the added egg, chopped veggies, EVERYTHING WAS AUTHENTIC AND DELICIOUS. They are Japanese staffed and so was able to order my food in Japanese which was nice as well. THE RESTAURANT: Is small and quaint. If going during lunch hour or during cold winter season, expect a wait BUT IT'S WORTH IT. THE STAFF: Work very hard, friendly, and know what they're doing. Again, give them some grace when it's busy--know ahead of time. I promise you the ramen is worth it still. Lots of folks order ahead for pick up too so this is an alternative if you choose. I am coming back!

Delicious ramen and katsu curry! The owner was very nice and friendly, and the ambiance is very casual and fun with a lot of awesome One Piece calendars decorating the wall! Looking forward to going back

Chipotle ramen & chicken fried rice

My first time coming here was with coworkers over a year ago.... Tasteful ramen! Then I started bringing my family, and we stop by every now and then when I bring up ramen for dinner/lunch... Masa Ramen has become my go to place & at this point I don't plan on venturing else where in SCV for ramen. The service is always great and the owners (I'm guessing) are always pleasant and genuine as well. My family is a fan of One Piece so we enjoy the pictures they have around the shop. My go to ramen is the chipotle ramen, my kids tend to go for the masa, shoyu, or chipotle ramen as well. My partner's go to is the curry ramen and the spicy mabo ramen. Appetizers that are our go to are the gyoza, chicken karaage and the chicken fried rice. The food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!Just had to say put that in here.

I came in on a Wednesday around noon and it was packed. This was my first time here and I ate at the bar. I got the spicy mabo ramen and it was delicious. It's crazy to eat hot noodles on a hot day but it hit the spot and I was not disappointed. I will be back if I'm in the area and will try out another ramen bowl for fun.

My favorite place for their magical fried rice!! I've been coming here for YEARS and they never disappoint! I live in the SFV but I drive up to Santa Clarita just for Masa Ramens perfect fried rice, no place makes it as good as this place and i'm a huge fried rice fan. I went in yesterday to treat myself & sat in a smaller table. I don't usually dine in when I get food here but yesterday I did notice there is no restroom (good thing i didn't have to go lol but I did want to wash my hands). I ordered fried rice with teriyaki chicken on top, it was amazing as always. 1 & honestly ONLY complaint I actually have is that this place is closed on Sundays AND Tuesdays.. like WHY??? But thank you for making such delicious savoring fried rice!

Whether it's the ramen or sushi, everything tastes fresh and well prepared. We highly recommend the black snapper, tamago, and scallops sushi. We sat at our table for almost 15 minutes while a waitress helped the table right next to us multiple times and never acknowledged us. Once that table paid their check and left, she finally turned to us and asked if we'd like to order. My husband ordered three appetizers and each of us ordered main courses. Very soon after we ordered she brought out one appetizer and one entrée. Then we sat awkwardly for several minutes while my son ate his entrée, and 3 of us shared seaweed salad. Then she brought my other son's entrée. No sign of the rest of the appetizers. Then several minutes later she brought my husband's entrée. So now my husband and my two sons are sitting there with their meals and I'm sitting there with nothing for several minutes. I then asked if she could please bring the other appetizers before she brought my entrée because I didn't want it to be cold by the time we finished the appetizers. She said she would check on it. The appetizers finally came out and before I took a bite of the appetizers my entree arrived. My sons were done with their meals before I even tasted the appetizers. While these timing issues seem relatively minor it affected our overall experience. I thought it was just an anomaly on previous visits but it's clearly a lack of communication between service and the kitchen or simply a different expectation of the flow of a meal. Ultimately, it's poor service that doesn't seem to match the level of the cuisine. I don't think it's a strange thing to want everyone's food to come out at the same time. And that appetizers should come before entrées.
