My daughter is an ED White softball player. We received an order from to purchase t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc from Mary's embroidery from the school.
We decided to order $89 worth of merchandise however I like ringer T-shirts and there were none offered on the order form.
I purchased 4 finger T's and brought them to Mary's embroidery along with the other $89 order and asked them to put the same design on my ringer t's.
NO !!!
No was their answer !
WHY NOT ?
I would have been winning to pay the full price of a T-shirt just to get the design on my shirt.
NO !
Sounds pretty silly to me.
A poor business decision.
Not only did they make me angry, but they lost my $89 and ALL FUTURE ORDERS !
They lost hundreds of dollars in business FOR NO REASON !
They could have made more profit on my ringer T'a than on any other otem.
This is a prime example of a "locally owned business" that makes POLICIES that make no business sense.
We are ONE COMMUNITY !!!
Why not say YES and make everyone happy ?
Uneducated business owners that do not care about their community should be forced out of business.
It was not even a good design... just plain and simple.
I will now create a better design and get it made elsewhere ... then when other parents ask me where I got my shirt ... I will tell them the whole MARY'S EMBROIDERY STORY !
Please don't spend your money at this business ! read more
