It's what used to be called a head shop, selling smoking papers and other paraphernalia used to aid the smoking process, and whether what you smoke is legal is entirely up to you. It also sells a range of legal highs and research chemicals. Some would find the idea of taking substances labelled "research chemicals" extremely risky, but in Hedz Up they have a set of guidelines for every substance they sell. Either way it seems wise to advise caution. Moral quandries aside, as a store Hedz Up is reasonably priced and the staff seem pretty keen to talk to their customers about any potential purchases. The store isn't exactly packed full of goods but is made more attractive by the African style artworks on sale. In conclusion, those who like this sort of thing will probably be satisfied with this shop.
