The worst realtor we've ever worked with! As soon as we signed the listing paperwork she became a no show... took 2 weeks just to put her sign up! She also NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED US WITH POTENTIAL SHOWINGS, but called our tenants instead (we were selling an investment property) and of course they always made an excuse to cancel the showings. The only time she ever contacted us was to sign the listing papers and when our contract was about to expire! When we were looking for realtors in the Blair County area we thought a small firm would give us customized, 1 on 1, quality service, but unfortunately we found out the hard way that Mary Ann Scordo and GSA realty definitely will not provide that experience! read more
