They were able assess the problem and offer two options for repair. They promised to be back in a couple of hours but they returned early again. I called a couple companies after reviewing on Yelp and this was one of them. They are locally owned by a guy named Jay. They are responsive and professional. Jay is the new owner of this company so feedback that goes back before this year on follow up is more related to guy that retired. The work quality of this company was never in question and after I accepted my quote, found out they installed the doors on my buddy's new house that I love. One of my openers was flat out broken and they actually sent an installer out and put up one of my new openers three weeks before my doors arrived so that I could use the garage door at no extra charge and that's a beautiful service. Cortez installed - was a one man machine. Other company said they would need 3 installers. That's probably why their quote was so high. I had a really good experience with this company, my results speak for themselves, and I'm very pleased with all the trim work for the cleanup and how everything's functioning and sealed. This is only the second time in my life. I bought a new garage door. Last time was more than 20 years ago, but this process was seamless. The answer was I don't think we can get those anymore and said he recommend complete over hauls or replacements from $2600 to $4800. Never came back with a cost for just the belt as he said he would. So I called Overhead Door who came out for no fee and had the belt on their truck and fixed the door perfectly for $300. I suggest never using these guys and kudos for the Overhead door Company!!
