NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Working here was nothing more than an unpleasant experience -- a false illusion. They sell you the idea of the "American Dream" with $5,000 hiring bonuses, which in the end are not the real amount you actually receive. At first, they make you feel like you belong, like you are part of something important in their vision. But soon you realize that to them, you are nothing more than disposable waste. The so-called "leaders" are far from true leaders. They lack empathy, they lack respect, and they conduct themselves with arrogance and hostility. Yelling, discrimination, and a toxic work environment are not exceptions here -- they are the norm. Discrimination is not hidden; it overflows openly at 1000%. Nobody listens, nobody takes responsibility, and when you raise your voice against injustice, you are silenced, attacked, or fired. Retaliation is real, and fear is the culture. Even worse, within this company there is corruption among high-ranking managers, where they cover for each other and fabricate false testimonies against employees. Who will question the word of one superior when another backs it up as an accomplice? They manipulate and sabotage information to protect themselves from consequences. Many employees have been unjustly terminated, victims of this internal conspiracy that destroys careers and lives. Human Resources, who should stand for human rights and fairness, stands only for the company. At first, they smile, pretend to help, but in reality, they push you aside and protect the company's image -- never the employee. Do not be fooled: quality in a product cannot exist where there is no quality in how employees are treated. How can a company sell "premium windows" when the people assembling them are treated without dignity, without respect, and without value? An abused, exploited, and unrecognized workforce will never produce excellence. If there were truly a commitment to human quality, leaders would walk among their employees, listen to them, and show them respect through actions -- not empty words. A company that despises its people will never deliver real quality to its customers. And at the end of it all, the owner Marvin is no exception. He endorses this system, believes in the words of his corrupt managers without investigating the truth, and with his indifference becomes complicit in the same mistreatment, the same corruption, and the same injustice that are destroying this company from within. Think twice before falling for the illusion: MARVIN WINDOWS. I do not hide behind a picture or a mask. I know my words will remain unheard and ignored, because that was my experience in this company. So I close with this: in a place where you are not listened to or valued for who you are, it is time to move on. A company that does not respect the voice of its employees is destined to lose its most important value: its people. Think twice before falling for the illusion: MARVIN WINDOWS.

Terrible quality terrible service. Windows showed up damaged . Terrible craftsmanship. Glue smeared on finish. Miter cuts wrong.big gaps. These were supposedly their best windows. Absolutely stunned. Still waiting to hear what they are gonna do to make it right. I don't recommend this comyar all. 30 year contractor.

The preservative was defective, so the bottoms of the doors are rotting out.

Stay away from this company! This is what happens to the product. They made a product with defective preservative that rots and falls apart. Look at the pictures. Is that Marvin quality. They refused to do anything about it. Even though it is their responsibility and their product. They know there was a problem but did nothing about it. Stay away from this company there's much better windows and doors out there. Their customer service is nonexistent. It's actually hostile. The quality is poor you can see. And they're expensive so they're a lousy value. Don't buy them.

We ordered four glass doors from Marvin - three sliders and one French door. We paid more than $17,000, waited about 4 months and based on their verbage on their website (made in America, pride, quality, etc), I was feeling pretty confident. Of the three doors I have so far opened: 1) frame broken, door bowed, cosmetic damage 2) cosmetic damage (dents and gauges in the wood) 3) cosmetic damage (as above), latch installed upside down so door will not close 4) haven't dared open it yet They were not fast to respond to my complaints and by the time they did, my contractor had repaired the frame and installed the bowed door (bowing the frame to match how concave the door was), citing that we could not wait another four months for a replacement. Eventually, I was put in touch with BMD, the company that deals with Marvin's warranty and service calls. They offered to order a new door and frame to replace the broken/bowed one and send a technician out to repair the cosmetic damage. OK, that's fair but also meant a wait of another 3-4 weeks which is holding up construction again. Also, having already had the broken-but-repaired frame and door installed, my GC would be charging $1000+ to pull it out and install the new one. I asked Marvin if they would cover those costs as a gesture of goodwill. They said "NO" and sent me to BMD, saying that "discussions of compensation are unfortunately out of our hands at this point. That is something to be discussed with BMD directly as they are our distributor" - which completely flummoxed me as the product is Marvin's and all BMD did was ship it to me - so why should they pay compensation ? Anyway, all in all, I really regret spending my money with Marvin - shoddy product, apparently no quality control, poor customer service and absolutely zero accountability. I'd love to be able to email Paul Marvin, the CEO, and share my experience with him directly as I'm pretty sure this is not the experience he hopes his customers are having. Would not recommend The Marvin Brand.

Leaking windows. Slow response for fix. Two years and waiting. Worst experience I've ever had with windows.

Pricey window design, not happy with their vision. The sales rep tried hard to make their product work.

Company does not worry about customer service. They charge for a service call and do not finish the window repair.

Our order number is 1196323609. The windows came in, wrong patterns, wrong sizes and missing or broken parts. We were putting our house on the market the following week so I had to accept all these issues to be able to do this, otherwise, could have been months before I could sell my house. First, they were 2 months late on the delivery of the windows and installation. Then, they had issues with a broken window, a missing locking latch, a missing pull up handle and a bad screen. Dreamstyle Remodeling LLC promised to fix those and requested that I sign off on the completion of the project. Dreamstyle Remodeling LLC collected their money and I'm still waiting for the repairs. Dreamstyle remodeling LLC also did not report the completion to Costco, so they have not issued our Shop Card for the 10% rebate advertised and promised. Costo has not been responsive and that is surprising. We've done many home projects with Costco, but this will be the last one. We will make sure our friends and family know about this experience so that they also will avoid Costco for their home projects.
