DO NOT ever get a phone card filled here. I paid $47.00 to refill my Boost phone. They didn't do it…read moreright - $ never went on card. Thank God I have the receipt. Problem is, apparently only the mngr knows how to do a refund so I have to wait until tomorrow to go in after 10 am. So I have to leave work & my phone will be shut off as it's supposed to be filled by the 11th. I asked the guy "doesn't anyone there know how to do this? I need my phone & it was your mistake." He said "the mngr. has to handle that. You will have to come in tomorrow. Have a nice day." Very dismissive, hard to understand. (of course) I'm not real confidant it will be resolved properly tomorrow either. I have been refilling my phone this way for over 3 yrs. at the 7-11 near my home. I've never had an issue. Needless to say I don't recommend using this 7-11. What a hassle. Great customer service skills.

However, they would never process the remaining balance through the secondary insurance. Finally, when I retired, I paid more attention to this issue. I confronted them so many times about pursuing the secondary coverage. I complained to their corporate office, but no change. Finally, I had it out with the pharmacist. I caught her in a lie. She claimed she called it in but no one returned her called. My secondary is covered by 911, and they are very responsive, especially to doctors and pharmacists. They never have to call you back. They help each caller during a call. I told the pharmacist this. When I went back, she refused to fill any prescriptions from me. I complained to corporate and other governing entities. Then, I switched to One Hanson, on old bridge in lake Ridge and never experienced any problems with getting my secondary coverage to this day, July 31, 2023.

I opened my purse and showed him the contents and was still refused to be allowed in the store. Another man who worked at the location told him to let me in and that is the ONLY REASON why I was allowed to come inside. If I had not been so tired I would not have given this man my money. I then opened my purse while existing to PROVE that I didn't steal anything from his trashy store and he refused to look in my bag. So which is it? Am I a criminal or to be ignored. Do not go to this place. Your money is not worth it here.

After verifying my info, I received 2 packets (one with test result info, the other with test equipment). From the comfort of my vehicle, I swabbed my nostrils and submitted my sample in the adjacent Lab Corp box and was on my way. The whole process lasted 12 minutes from pull up to pull off!
