OMG!... OMG!!... OMG!!! This is an amazing venue... words are going to be hard to describe this place... I can see why my friends choose a place so unique... all I could do during the whole wedding ceremony was look around at all the little details.... the Marty Leonard Community Chapel kept reminding me of something similar to a Frank Lloyd Wright creation as Wright was all about the little details. I was so enamored with the architecture that I had to research their website when I got home for the story on this beautiful building... "The Marty Leonard Community Chapel was designed by the world famous E. Fay Jones (1921 - 2004). Jones described his Chapel design as an "instrument for nature's music as light and shadows move and change throughout the day." The interior of the Chapel inspires and fulfills the goal of Jones' design - that visitors will "think their loftiest and best thoughts." Born and raised in Arkansas, Jones expressed his creativity as a youngster by building tree houses in the back yard. He said his course in life was set at a young age when he saw a movie matinee feature about a building designed by the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright. As if by fate's hand, Frank Lloyd Wright later became Jones' mentor. After completing his education at the University of Arkansas and Rice University, Jones served his apprenticeship with Wright. His professional career was a combination of private practice and teaching at the University of Arkansas, where he served as chair of the Department of Architecture and dean of the School of Architecture. In 1990, Jones was the 48th recipient of the American Institute of Architect's most prestigious award, the Gold Medal, presented to him by President George Bush." ... so there you have it!... I called it correctly... the architect was an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright!!!... and he went on to become very distinguished in his own right. Amazing! I will have to take a look at his other works of art! Marty Leonard Community Chapel seems to be one of the favorite venues in Fort Worth for wedding ceremonies winning many awards from The Knot and Wedding Wire according to their website... I can see why! The grounds are simple with a fountain placed opposite of the chapel. Plenty of room in between for the guests to gather before and after the ceremony. Opened since 1990, I am surprised not more reviews have been written about this chapel... I have been blessed to have been brought here! Congratulations and Best wishes to all the lovely couples that chose to start their lives at Marty Leonard Community Chapel!

Can you say BEAUTIFUL?!! My friend got married here and when she first told me I was going to have to drag myself to Fort Worth I was so confused. Surely there were plenty of places in Dallas to get married? I understood the moment I walked inside. All light wood and glass it's like being in the middle of a forest, one with nature. You can see the beauitful, secluded park outside with trees and sunshine. It made for the most amazing wedding pictures I've seen in a long time, and I'd go just for the sake of seeing it for architecture purposes! It has ample dressing space in nice rooms downstairs, and it's a very clean place that is well cared for. I can't say enough how beautiful it is. From what I understand it's not very expensive to rent, and I must say I'm a little jealous I didn't find it back when I was getting hitched. It's a great option for anyone in the Dallas Ft. Worth area!!

Obsessed with this venue! Everyone was incredibly sweet and easy to work with and get a hold of. Booking and payment was straightforward and easy to plan. Absolutely beautiful venue! The architecture and even the grounds around the chapel are stunning. Great for photos and lots of natural light. Created a wonderful atmosphere for our ceremony. Love this chapel and the staff!! Definitely get married here if you can!!!

This place is really pretty. I will have to apologize for making fun of my friends for chartering a bus out here from Dallas at the crack of dawn. This place is seriously pretty and a great venue. The huge windows and lighting even on a cloudy day is warm and welcoming.

This chapel's design is interesting outside and inside. The design is definitely not everyone's cup of tea. I like it because the interior and exterior designs are unique. The interior is not very big. It probably sits around 150 people maximum. The parking lot is on the small side.

A lot of them have become about production and prosperity rather than preaching a word that both corrects you and uplifts you at the same time. Anyways, I attended this Church for the 1st time two weeks ago. HOLY COW! I walked in this building and on the very first worship song I felt the Holy Spirit in this place so strongly that I began to weep uncontrollably. Then the Associate Pastor ( I think ) got up there and delivered the perfect end of the year message. I couldn't wait to go back and see if this was a one off or really real. So I attended the very next Sunday and it was equally as good as the Sunday before. The worship was once again amazing then the Lead Pastor, once again got up there delivered the perfect message on stating the year off right. 3:20 my friend. I have never decided to join a church so quick in my life. I've signed up for the membership class and I can't wait to start serving in some capacity. So if you are looking for a Church to where the Living , Breathing God Almighty visits on a regular basis then you need not look any further. This is your place.

This place hands down has the best community I've ever been apart of, the praise and worship is unmatched, the people here are a huge family that's ever growing, the motto of our church is Love God, Love People & Change The World and in the last 2 years of attending here I can agree there's nothing less than that happening here!

Ted Kitchens is the senior pastor leading this church and not only does he give inspiring sermons he throws in community, culture, arts in to the sermons with biblical reverence without straying from God's truth. Ted is also very big into music as it is evident in the many performances held both on Sundays and the numerous other events at this church. This church has so much to offer and 4 service times on Sunday. I have to say it sure is nice to have that 5:00pm service time while I take classes and work. Great option.

Daughter is 26, we ended up going to the 11 service (traditional). It was a whole symphony orchestra for worship. Not what we had in mind but we stayed and the message was amazing. Pastor Cody was good. My daughter has since returned and attended the 9 service (contemporary) and I think she's found her new church! Her and I both agree, worship sets the table for the meal! I'm excited to visit again this weekend with her and my son.

I was on the verge of getting burnt out and frustrated with the American Church as a whole. Visiting from a small town, this place felt like family, despite its size. I was moved to tears during worship and decided to stay both services. I knew something was different and I had to be apart of it. I knew God was moving in this place because something was different. However, I was still skeptical due to what the news & media puts out about this church. After being a member for about 2 and a half years now, I have seen the positive effect this church is having on the community. I have seen leaders here live out their teachings in private. I have seen people prefer each other and even help strangers as if their own. This church doesn't stay in locked in the four walls of a building, but follows the Great Commission. This is what it means to be a Christian, and this church is spearheading a movement needed in America! I am so thankful for this church and community for pointing me back to Jesus, helping me at my worst, and showing me how to live righteously! Mercy Culture Church has TRULY changed my life!!!
