This company is an absolute scam!! Shame I can't give them NO STARS!! because they do not even…read moredeserve that 1. Two of their Sales representatives visited us and they promised the best service and no more worries after the last Waste Manager. We got help cancelling our old contracts and as soon as they got the news that this was done, we received all of the bins within days. After that, all hell broke loose for us. They missed the 1st pick up and the 2nd and the 3rd and no matter how often we would call or email or press that this gets resolved, it never got resolved properly. Funny enough, all of a sudden nobody knew of our company and our contract, although all the bins were with us! We had to repeat information EVERY single time we called as nobody made notes on this catastrophic service we've gotten so far. We were even billed for the missed collections and this took another 4 weeks to resolve and get a credit for them, as nobody knows anything in that company. Worst of all is the fact that they left us with the over full food bins for 5 weeks and then cancelled our services completely without any notice. We had to rush to find anybody else for those services. 1 or 2 weeks after that we were told that they are cancelling all of our services. My colleague has been working tirelessly to find others as quickly as possible and now that we are ready to switch, they refuse to contact us at all. SHAMELESS, SCAMMING and LYING Company and I would avoid them like the pest!
