Well here it is, 6 pm. You would think a service department like sporting goods would be staffed or…read morethat perhaps one of the 15 employees walking by would know how to sell a hunting license. Instead I get several employees telling me that there isn't anyone working in sporting goods right now. Poor traing, poor customer service, no help. Pretty sad a store like Walmart cannot fully staff it's locations.

The women lost it. They don't want people back there. Ok, no worries, there are no signs, nothing, but we were leaving. Called her husband that we were back there. He was helpful. Found two to pick from and she wants to know if we're on "assistance". No, we aren't, we'll pay cash. Very unprofessional and completely uncomfortable. With "service" like that, it's no wonder WalMart is winning.

I gave up on DuBois Medical years ago after my insurance company wouldn't cover service by T & S Oxygen. DuBois Medical was simply "stingy" and never granted contact to a therapist. SMP was a wonderful company to do business with. Listened to problems and helped provide my needs. Penn Highlands shut off the website SMP was using. Everything evidently now is call in and you have to go to the old DuBois Medical Supply building.
