TWO SERVICE CALLS IN MINTURN I own a vacation home in…read moreMinturn and was referred to Steve of Eagle Appliance Repair by a long time Minturn resident, local business owner, property manager, owner of multiple properties in Minturn and a builder too! Given his stamp approval I hired Eagle Appliance to repair my washing machine that wouldn't drain last year and yesterday he fixed my dryer that stopped working. I found Steve to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Both repairs he did promptly and his invoices were very very fair. As often as one appliance or another goes on the blink, it's nice to have someone that wants to fix your appliance at an affordable price, versus others that exaggerate problems to pad invoices and maximize profits. It's a good idea to ask for Steve's cell # when you schedule repair, that way communicating with him is easy when he is busy out in the field working. If you are reading this I highly recommend you call Steve for your repair. He is the first appliance person I have felt good about recommending, and I have met several in my 30+ years selling real estate in Denver and surrounding areas. Robin Adamson RE/MAX Alliance

It was to be a complex project, requiring a plumber to remove the boiler and a carpenter to replace the damaged subfloor and wall behind the boiler. Michael coordinated the proposals for mold remediation and carpentry and scheduled plumbers to come by to give me bids. Equally important in clinching my awarding him the contract was that he guarantees his estimates, unlike Belmont's competitor which couldn't promise that a change order might increase the total costs.
