Don and Dillon were dispatched Wed. a.m. They arrived on time and were very nice, polite, efficient, and patient. They fixed 2 of the issues and we got an immediate estimate for the remainder with a list of options and prices. Called the BSR scheduler to approve remaining items on estimate and have them order parts. They are returning tomorrow (Friday) to complete the remaining work. I am in the military and live away from the house right now and they were able to work with me over the phone and by email. They returned my call within an hour, set up a time within a couple of days (it was only a septic tank pump out), and even called my tenant to let them know they were on their way - they called me too. They called me from my tenants house to let me know how much the bill would be roughly and completed the job. I received a copy of the receipt via email the same day. This company is easy and pleasant to work with. I will call them again to take care of my septic needs.
