My husband reached out to the owner directly several times and never heard back. After all the rain we had in late March early April we came home from Spring Break to a river in our basement. Now we are not only out $7,000 but now we are moving on with a different company and will be out their cost to fix what C King couldn't/wouldn't. We will be reporting C King to the Better Business Bureau for breach of contract. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Paul came to my home and gave a thorough estimate and detailed drawing of what they would do. He explained how it would work and answered all my questions, no matter how many times I called or texted. The job was on the small side so Curtis and his amazing crew were able to finish the job in one day. They installed a curtain drain (buried) throughout my yard, and a sump pump in my basement. The sump pump is also tied to the new drain system. Looking at my yard after the job you can't tell they were here. Curtis and his crew were able to save my sod and put it back over parts of the drainage system! They were fast and super clean! Even the jackhammering in my basement didn't bother my daughter who works from home. I can't say enough about Paul Franklin, Curtis and the hard working crew at Case!!

Repairs are not because fixing one spot doesn't guarantee new leaks won't start elsewhere. Very few companies provide roof repairs at all these days. Middletown is the only company that has ever evaluated my roofs and said "No, you do not need a new roof at this time". I had a repair done today. I needed two shingles replaced that had come loose. Three other companies, who were trolling my neighborhood, told me I needed a 40,000+ roof replacement because of wind/hail damage. Middletown came, examined my roof and replaced the two shingles. I had extra shingles in my basement, I did not have hail or wind damage!! They are courteous and timely with their repairs. Very Highly Recommended Slainte

Of the two companies I reached out to, Roof Doctor came in with the best quote, and Tim was knowledgeable about ways to address our needs without redoing the entire roof. He also helped us with our insurance company get the maximum amount back for the storm repairs. His team was able to come out shortly after we came together on the quote, and they were easy to work with when we decided to also move a downspout and replace the fascia board along one side. We had one issue where we asked them to come back and cover a hole in the siding, which they helped with.
