It's been a week now, and he is avoiding my call and text. One day he said his shop lost power, but he was bringing generator to finish the chairs. The other day he said chairs were almost done, just waiting to be stained. Fast forward to 07/24, he now promised to refund us money and return the chairs but kept pushing it back.
