I truly believe that Brandon was genuinely concerned with how distraught my family was over the wrong urns, and not just how it made Brown's look. Although the initial service was unfortunate and subpar, I believe the customer service, which involved Brown's taking full responsibility and monetary remedies, warrants an upgrade in review. My family will be using Brown's again (hopefully not anytime soon though!).

They were so understanding, available all the time to answer our questions and were genuine with everything they did. He is very honest and a class act in our book. They gave the utmost respect for my dad while in their care and worked hard to get the things my dad wanted for his funeral. I cannot believe how comforting and attentive they were to our entire family. Legacy went out of their way to accommodate and make us feel loved. To top it off, Jerry even offered his suit jacket to my mother on the day of the funeral as the rain poured down. You CANNOT get any better than that. From the very beginning, there was a lot of miscommunication and confusion regarding the services that we needed. Tj the owner took advantage of our vulnerability during this difficult time and since the first phone call has never reached back out to me but instead has had his employees speak to us instead of himself. Not to mention when I picked up my fathers ashes I heard his nasty phone call conversation with his employee. You can hear through your walls just FYI. After my father was in their care, there were constant add-ons to the original agreement that we had made. They charged us for things that were never discussed and made us feel like we had to pay for them in order to give our father a proper send-off. It was a very stressful and disheartening experience. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. They took advantage of our grief and made a difficult time even more challenging. I suggest looking for a more reputable and compassionate funeral home that has your best interests at heart.

My dad had a his funeral there with full military honors. They were able to complete his burial with the Honor guard and their 21 gun salute, the Patriot guard along with two active services members to perform the ceremony, two buglers and one wonderful bag piper. My dad is so fortunate to have his final resting place with so many people who love what they do and honor the those who occupy it. They have also installed a beautiful sound system that plays sweet, comforting bell music daily, on the hour, with it ending at 5pm with TAPS. Well done Veterans Memorial the families, the fallen and the country are all proud of you!
