I would not recommend Martin Johnston & Socha defence solicitors under any circumstance. The solicitor I had to deal with on several occasions, was unprofessional, inexperienced, naive and rude. It also took weeks for them to reply to my calls. To top off the whole experience, my solicitor did not even turn up for my court case, causing much stress and anxiety for me, and the judge ordered my solicitor to be at his desk the next morning to explain why there was a no show. It was such a complete embarrassment, I'm wonder how they are still in business. I had to fire Martin Johnston & Socha and seek new representation. After seeking new representation I had no issues whatsoever. read more
