Dr. Hood provided me with a lower denture less than a year ago. From the very beginning, the…read moredenture did not fit properly. I discussed this issue with him, and he assured me that he would stand behind his work and make the necessary adjustments. Over the course of the year, I returned for 6 to 10 adjustment appointments. At each visit, more material was shaved off the walls of the denture in an attempt to improve the fit. Despite these efforts, the denture never fit correctly--and eventually, it broke. Now, instead of honoring his commitment to stand behind his work, Dr. Hood has chosen to close the door on me as a patient and has refused to provide any further dental services. This is not only disappointing, but also unprofessional, considering the denture was never functional and is now broken due to poor fit and repeated modifications. I trusted Dr. Hood to resolve the issue, and I feel let down both as a patient and a paying customer. DO NOT TRUST DR Hood to stand behind his work
