This is a solid gym. It has great strength training equipment, especially if you are into CrossFit…read moreor just prefer training with free weights. They have rouge everything (power racks, barbells, bumper plates, etc.) as well as kettlebells, dumbbells, assault bikes, rowing machines, and a sled. Some of the top gym equipment in the Pensacola area that I've seen. If you are a bodybuilder and prefer isolation work, this is not the place for you. It has several batting cages as well as a basketball/volleyball court. My only complaint with the court is that it's concrete. It's harder to keep clean so you slip around more which isn't the safest IMO. But it's not the worst. This gym is made for young athletes (middle school-college). Adults can get good use out of it, but if you're looking for a lifting community then you can either go somewhere else or bring some friends with you to this gym (but let's be honest, if you're going to get a quick lift in, you shouldn't be talking for hours on end anyways). In summary, I personally think this gym is best for teens and young adult athletes. If you're looking for a place with a little bit of everything, hit up the YMCA downtown (good luck getting in a game of pick up there though). But I like the Clubhouse. I won't buy a membership, but I'll definitely play basketball there from time to time.

Weird and rude place. Not run properly at all. Unsafe. And shady money transactions. The people…read morethat answer the phones are particularly nasty. I never really understood this, If someone new or a current member needs assistance they call the business for help only to be treated poorly and not have their questions answered properly what does this say about the business? Exactly. Just another nonsense business.

IDK if this is the full time location or not but the actual location had a note stating that the class was located in the back of the karate place. The gymnastics area was kind of small but really clean. They had a counter and some merchandise around. 2 young instructors were teaching thr group. The group was really small, I think 4 or 5 kids. First they started off with stretching. Then they went thru the course - jumping on the trampoline walkway, rolling over, swinging from the bar, balance beam, then crawling through 2 connected tunnels, and then flipping or rolling down the ramp. The did this a few times then had free time with balls. The mommy and me was short, only 30 mins. My daughter was definitely not ready to stop and got upset that we had to leave. I wish it was a little bit longer and had a bit more activities for them to do. Music would be nice too. The instructors were really friendly and patient with the children and encouraging. Overall, it was good experience, she had fun and that's what matters. I was informed that the first 3 classes were free and then they had different options if you were interested in continuing. They offered classes for other age groups for kids.
