Just recently we rented the same facility, but they canceled it as they claimed they no longer had that under their auspices. They offered us some replacements and we chose one that ended up requiring us parentheses two people in their 70s and parentheses to walk up a flight of stairs inside a dank and smelly garage that were very steep and one of us could not handle them. In addition, the unit turned out to be much more drab and dingy than the pictures made it appear and there was no air-conditioning. We did not realize that we were supposed to click through the "amenities" and look for that fact, as it was not mentioned in the initial description. We could not stay in this unit and immediately telephoned them parentheses it took seven or a telephone calls to both the emergency number - where the mailbox was full, and the main number before somebody answered. I informed him that we would not be staying and they could do as they chose with our reservation but asked if he thought we could get at least a partial refund. He said he believed that would be possible. In short, we threw away over $1700, including the original insurance parentheses which they manage and parentheses for the stay there. We obtained alternative living quarters for our stay in Sequim. I offered Brigadoon 1/4 of the fees, again, reminding them I was releasing back to them the rental for the entire time, but they would not work with us. I will never work with this company again and I caution others in this regard.

Being surrounded by nature made the experience feel completely different from staying in a regular hotel, and it worked very well for our road trip. In the short time I stayed there the community was appalling, the police were ever present, so much so that you can't even park your vehicle in front of your trailer. There were dogs running around off their leash, people playing loud music and fighting until 2 am, the showers were almost always so deplorable I could not force myself to use them. Basically the place is for those who can afford nothing else. I strongly suggest using caution before deciding on staying the night there with children.
