Poor quality workmanship, will not even cleanup after the job - leaving garbage, packaging and dirt all over the place. Brand new cabinets that were installed by Crown Choice were damaged (chipped, marred, uneven and bad cuts, etc.) by Crown Choice. Numerous emails were sent to Crown Choice, with no reply from Crown Choice by either phone, text, email. Crown Choice Website states: "Experienced and Professional, Quality construction is guaranteed." Would never return to the job site to correct the problems and damage. And don't believe the quote "We want all of our customers to be satisfied." Not True and do not believe their reviews on trustedpros.ca. We experienced the complete opposite. After the so called work was completed, we found that had we had more time and researched further, we could have saved ourselves a lot of money and headaches by hiring a reputable company. As other companies through their references i.e. other customers physical sites that we visited, had a better final quality product than what was done by Crown Choice. Competition pricing for the same job was a lot less. My preference is always to provide a positive review, if deserved, but when not remotely deserved a 1 Star or less. A positive review meant that the company provided a good experience.

Firstly you think you are hiring a company that has their own excavator well they do but they don't. Ken Clark has another business and that business has all the equipment that he rents to do the job and then bills you for the rental of the equipment which by the way is close to $ 1000. and then you are billed for the excavation which is another $1000. By the way this hole that was dug out is 13 x 14 and 25 inches deep. They broke the sewer line and guess how much they charged us to fix it? Let's just say it cost us $58 for piece of 3" pvc. They took away the asphalt but not any soil. Then you have to plead with him to come get his equipment from your place after 4 days of it just sitting there getting in the way. My son paid $600 to have an excavator come and did a much bigger hole...wish I had got the first guy that said he would do the job.
