I have just come back from the shop & was appalled by how rude & unhelpful the 2 assistants were. One sat eating an apple & I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. I wanted a cover for an orthopaedic pillow but mine was a different shape than the one in the window. Mine was arrow shaped & I asked did they know what I meant. ' No I don't! ' was the curt reply. After telling them I had bought the pillow online, ' Well what do you expect if you buy online?' was the reply. Minutes earlier, I had just come from the Golden Needle 2 doors down where nothing was too much trouble & they were so respectful. I will never set foot in Marshall's again!
