I waited 10-15 minutes at the register for a price check on an item that was clearly marked on sale. The manager forgot about us and the register clerk was passive and not empowered to do anything. We eventually walked back to the shelf, tore off the posted price of the item and brought it to the register. The price was then honored, I said thank you and now I'm writing this review.
