Then the owner Ravi Mittal tells me they can no longer work on my project. He made me feel like the bad guy because his developers could not do the work. Never even apologizing! Buyer beware. I paid the agreed project price knowing that there was more work to be done because I had made a verbal agreement with the project manager to do some extra work. We had an agreement to work at the same rate and an estimate was also agreed on. After I paid for first project (knowing it was not complete, but thinking they would finish along with second agreement) Ravi pulled the plug saying that the price would have to be higher due to the "lost" hours they had on first project. It was not my fault they took forever and were amateur developers! Now he will not communicate with me nor will he refund the money for the part of the initial project that was not completed. I ended up having to pay another developer to clean up the mess left behind from Rave Infosys.
