We stopped by here for some repairs to one of our cars. We had plans to leave for a weekend get away but then realized we had some issues with the car we were taking. Scam of a dealership! They don't uphold to their word! They don't return calls! And they have a turn over of employees that they blame! Instead they are putting my 4 children in harms way with exhaust fumes for the 3rd time And they refuse to honor my warranty because I live in another state and actually WORK.. so I took my car to a authorized Chevy dealership for 3 oil changes and have receipt! Marshall Chevrolet, Not happy with the response that Jason Sales Director gave us on our 2021 Yukon Denali that we bought a month ago from them. This vehicle was on lot for 104 days and put a little over 700 miles on it from August to when we purchased it in April. they're saying that a certified mechanic looked over the vehicle and said it was safe. Robert the salesman also said he would give us a detailed list on the safety of this vehicle. We never received the report list. We had the Vehicle one month during this time we left Kentucky and moved to Arizona, halfway on our trip we noticed that the brake pad light came on the dash saying brakes low. as we got to Arizona, we had Liberty GMC inspect the brakes. The brakes rotors were beyond resurfacing from badly rusted and the brake pads were down to 2 mm. They said this just doesn't happen overnight. We had to do a total rotor and brake job on our 2021 Yukon. Jason said he had his hands tied and couldn't even come halfway in the repair cost. Wish we could've come to a better understanding. Unfortunately, I have no alternative to give you an unfavorable review and not recommend you to any of our families or friends. Our Chevy Tahoe broke down on I-71 near Carrollton, KY. We located Marshall Chevrolet nearby, pulled up to their Service Center and waited until they opened at 8. The Ladies in the Service center were all so helpful and friendly to us and they got our vehicle looked at very quickly. They will sell you a vehicle, but after that, you are on your own! Their employees appear to be well trained at not letting customers speak to their managers and at least one of the company's employees is very resistant to giving callers his name. I first to my truck to them for a transmission leak, after 6 months and 5 or 6 visits, it was finally fixed. Upon returning and driving it, I notice a ticking noise, so take it to another dealer for diagnosis and hoping for a warranty repair of whatever the issue was. No luck there. I was told that the issue was a direct result of the transmission pan replacement done at Marshall Chevrolet. I take the proof them to allow them to make it right, on my terms. I did NOT want another one of their techs touching my truck. My truck was already at another dealer's service shop waiting to hear from me. I gave them the chance to either reimburse or outright pay for the work to be done where it was. I was refused. 1,500 worth of work, at the fault of their techs and won't make it right on the customer's terms. read more

Absolutely no customer service after I paid $30k over sticker. I ordered a Corvette Z06 during covid and agreed to pay 30k over MSRP. Yeah, I know STUPID. But thats not the issue. The salesman told me that I get $5k in Chevrolet money to use towards anything at the dealership if I keep the car for 6 months. This was to deter people from flipping them. He said it was tied into my name and VIN number and I didn't have to do anything else. 9 months went by and I called the dealership to ask about the deal. The GM text me and told me to call a Chevrolet 800 number to get the offer. They told me that I had to have registered the car within 45 days of buying it to get that offer. I texted the GM back to see what they would do since I was mislead. Now I spent $30k over sticker and bought every extended warranty the offered and gave them a check for almost $200k for this car. The GM would not text me back or return my calls. I then reached out to Rob Marshall and left him a voicemail asking to call me back and NOTHING from him. I also messaged him through Linkedin and nothing there either. This is the kind of service you get from a customer that made them this much money? Pathetic. I even told them I am thinking about ordering a ZR1 if they are able to help me and they didn't care enough to call me back. I know how car dealers are but WTF? read more

I was traveling from Ohio to Alabama going home after a work trip, on a Saturday morning and I was having some brake issues. I found Marshall Chevrolet and they quickly assessed the situation and found an open recall for the issue I had. They drove to another dealership right away to get the part I needed. Stated working on the repair and fixed everything up and had me back on the road in 2 hours. There service team was great and kept me informed as things progressed.
