HOWEVER, the veterinarian, JOSHUA SAVAGE SHIELDS, did NOT thoroughly go over all the steps with me of what he was going to do prior to treating my service dog. I said I DID NOT want an all over general sedation. ONLY localized and he did not honor that. This is VERY IMPORTANT because if your service dog is drugged and sedated it cannot do its job once it leaves the vet for several hours (not 30 minutes as he said) and he disregarded my request. No wonder his middle name is "SAVAGE" MORE IMPORTANTLY: I called in two days later because my dog was having severe diarrhea from the antibiotics prescribed and I wanted to know what I can do to help with that since charcoal is not an option and it would pull the medicine out of her system. They said we can't help you because you're not a client here anymore DESPITE THE FACT I PAID FOR SERVICES! I was talked into starting the CareClub program which seemed extremely helpful, I was only able to take advantage of this for 3 months although I was locked into an agreement for a year. 27 days post spay surgery I had to make the hardest decision in my life due the severity of my attack. Completely came out of nowhere, I had to call animal control which took 3 days to remove my cat from my home..My first instinct was to call my "trusted veterinary clinic" I was asked from the woman over the phone "Why would you bring her here?". Extremely disrespectful and disheartening to hear that from the last people to touch your baby! I wanted to ensure that I was not going to be continuously charged for my CareClub plan so I have now called 3-4 times and physically went into the office to show the staff the severity of my wounds.. I was assured by the wonderful receptionists (THE MOST HELPFUL AND CONSIDERATE employees!) that I would receive a phone call from the Office Manager on Thurs, the 19th. I never received a call, so I called first thing Friday morning and was told that "oh the manager took care of it." I understand the situation was "taken care of", I deal with legal agreements daily. Maybe it's too much to ask, but I would have expected some sort of email addressing the termination of the agreement. WHERE IS THE COMMUNICATION?!?!?!? WorldClass Veterinarian? Hmm do your research.

Maybe that one's on me for not getting more educated or distressing in someone that they would answer then every time I've gone there with two large dogs I don't think I ever spent less than $$800 and sometimes more sometimes a little less that's an average than after going to them for about two years spending tons of money when I go put my 12-year-old American bulldog down I was crying so hard. I could not even see they have me get up off the floor with her before they agreed to put her down and have me pay $252 before hand when mind you I never had an issue paying my card went through every single time I couldn't believe it. It was so inappropriate then they asked me if I want to get her ashes and said it was going to be $728. How is that even possible? Heartbreaking absolutely heartbreaking. I just spent a shit ton of money the week before because I knew my dog was dying and I was trying to do anything I could to help her. I'll never go there again. Essentially I lost one dog because I was told oh she doesn't eat don't give her insulin. Just call me if you need help. I'll be here for you. Three phone calls three phone calls not one callback and then it cost me $750 to have to go to the emergency vet and put my other dog down. God what a situation they don't give a shit.

They did bloodwork and x-rays and gave her medicine for a slightly enlarged liver. I feel like I should've waited a few days because she was eating and drinking normally. Anyway, I know vets are expensive, but, there has to be a better way. It was tough walking out of there, knowing nothing was wrong with her after handing over that kind of money.
