JP Marsh is a horrible businessman, a thief, and a liar. I rented a one-bedroom from him that was horribly taken care of, I had to move to a two bedroom ( within a month) to which his maintenance man/property manager told me I would be able to keep my security deposit, he stole that security deposit as well as the security deposit from the two-bedroom. the apartments were 10 times cleaner when I left then when I got there, in the two-bedroom he gives you a storage right outside of the apartment too, which had water damage reoccurring... that he knew of but didn't tell me so half of my property was also destroyed. I have heard nothing but bad things from every single person that has rented from him be aware... properties owned by JP Marsh in Hubbard Ohio do not rent!!!!!! He is awful beyond belief. read more
