I had a great experience and the workers were really respectful and attentive. For whatever reason, we had trouble finding a towing service (one told me it would be a 2 hour wait) , and ended up calling 911 for help. We were connected with highway patrol, who called Brandon at Lawson's. Brandon told us he'd be there in about 20 minutes and apologized for the delay (he had to change trucks). He arrived in 18 and got the truck on his flat bed in 10 minutes or less. It was after 2:00 in the afternoon, and he wasn't sure if he'd be able to find someone to get us back on the road that day but was determined to do so. The first place he took us was not able to get it done that day, but the next place was literally next door, and they were. Brandon was quick, affable, extremely professional, and extremely helpful & reassuring. We were a day and a half into a 2-day road trip and stuck in a place we didn't know. Tunneling, bubbles and there was a pretty big gap between the edge of my window and where the tint was placed. I showed it to the guy and he offered to retint the four windows, which I appreciated. However I had to take more time out of my week than expected to get a tint job that I was happy with. I also never got an apology about the inconvenience. And there is also still big sized bubbles on the edge of my window, but I don't have time to keep going to the shop for something that should've been done right the first time.
