if I could give no stars I would. The staff are rude and poorly educated on child development. The…read moreplace is not clean and they let the kids put other kid's shoes in their mouth. Multiple pictures posted on the parent app for proof. I would get pictures throughout the day of kid that wasnt even mine and they always ran out of what I brought in for my child. I think it was totally unorganized and the staff are lazy. The head lady is not a real boss and just does what her staff say, even when the staff is in the wrong. I had so many issues and conversations regarding feeding and it would be a constant battle as they would never listen. The communication sucked there. They are unable to keep staff and the staff they do keep and have been there for awhile are bullies. I would get messages during the day that didn't make sense and make me question thier ability to care for a child. I was very unhappy with this place. I trusted my mom gut and left. I found a new place and it's been the best change. I often think about reporting this facility and staff to CYS and they should be looked at more closely. Just because you work for a child day care chain doesn't mean anything when it comes to minors. Do not recommend.

This place is a so ridiculous! They would rather loose you as an employee than to give you a $1…read moreraise, when you're only making $13 an hour and paying them $450 a month for you own children to go there! Then want to blame children for their staff quitting, so they start weeding out some of the children who they don't want. Then have the nerve to say their employees don't have a say or their opinion don't matter. The only good thing is a couple staff member. Also was out of ratio with 14 kids by myself for 45 mins! Another room also was out of ratio. But instead of being honest to the parents and shutting down more rooms they want to be money hungry.
