It wasn't the haulers - their manager Dom told them to reschedule. What is the point of doing an in person estimate and then telling the customer, "hey, we will come back." They offered $150 off if I rescheduled. I said no thank you - I will find another company who does what they say they will do. So...1-800-Got-Junk it was and they were super. Unfortunately at that time we weren't ready to move forward with the project. Fast forward to now. I had reached back out, Mike had double checked the measurements and provided and updated quote. We had the door ordered and once it arrived we had the installation scheduled. The installation team was great they communicated their estimated arrival and did a thorough job installing the new door.
