My speculation is just that, he either did not know how to help me with my Fisher & Paykel Dish drawer, or he did not want to come to my RV @ Massacre Rocks State Park. However, after he came out the second time to install the pump, I loaded up the dishwasher, and am finding it is very UNLEVEL - the top rack tips out of the dishwasher when loaded. It never did this before. Call Tucker's and explain the situation. Doug call's me back and says "Oh, you need it leveled too? I can get there next week. It'll just cost you the time." Don't go with Tucker's. They'll damage your appliance and charge you to fix it.

Made based to anybody having problems with their microwave unless the microwave is over $500 just replace it by the time you have somebody diagnostic and repair it, you are in the $450 range. Matthew, that worked with me was very professional and arrived on time. He explained everything well and finished it in a timely matter within an hour so I was pleased the last estimate he gave me to fix. It was a little bit more than what I wanted to pay for a new one, but such is good labor, and service. If you need to have something repaired, I recommend these guys if you can't afford it just bypass it and see about fixing yourself.

The man that helped us was extremely rude. He unplugged the vac for her and treated her horrible. There was a piece of plastic like material inside and I am sure it happened when she allowed the construction crew to use it after the carpet was installed. It wasn't just us he snapped at another elderly lady that came up to pay. I asked for the manager and I was rudely told he was the owner! My sister told me they were so helpful all these years.
