Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

We have been using Mike at Oxi Fresh for years. Because I hate chemicals, their nasty smell, and…read morewet carpet after cleaning, I was looking for a company that used alternatives. Oxi Fresh is the best! It is enzyme-based and does the job! Our daughter stayed with her cat, and we had cat urine smells in two rooms. A technician came out and cleaned. It still had a cat urine smell, so I called the owner, Mike. He came out right away and spent extra time cleaning the cat urine. He eliminated that awful odor. He takes pride in his company and wants his customers to be happy. We have used his services on several different houses. He is reasonably priced, always punctual, efficient, and helpful. We have been 100% satisfied each time. The process is fast, so originally, I wondered if it would do the job. Let me tell you, it's a completely different process (in a good way) and cleans better than the wet, stinky, old-fashioned way of cleaning carpet. Try it, I think you will be happy with the results.

He suggested he would treat with extra time and chemicals this trip and leave some spotting chemical. He also took the time to explain the after care steps I should take. He was very professional. I will definately use the local Oxi Fresh representative again and recommend to anyone in this area.

Pocatello Carpet Cleaning

Pocatello Carpet Cleaning

In the past I have always just rented a carpet cleaner from the store to clean my carpets. They do…read morea pretty decent job so I thought. When it was time to clean my carpets (usually about once a year) I found that I didn't really have the time to do them myself, so I called around town and found that Pocatello Carpet Cleaning would work out best for my schedule and my pocket book. They came and cleaned my carpets and the time we agreed and I have to say that my carpets have never been cleaner except maybe when they were new. You guys rock!

Valpak had a coupon for Pocatello Carpet Cleaning 208-241-2077. Normally we go through Rhett…read moreFreeman or Pure Clean (who are great), but they were both too far out for when we needed. So, we figured we'd use the coupon and try Pocatello Carpet Cleaning because it said they had 17 ears experience. Bad idea. They showed up late, which was okay because they called when they were supposed to be there and let me know they would be late. There were two men, the English one was very belligerent toward his partner and completely unprofessional, which made it very awkward to be around. They "cleaned" the entire house in 1 hr 45 minutes vs it usually takes twice as long to have a similar size house done. My husband noticed that they weren't putting much effort into the raking or extractor part. They finished it off when they were leaving by asking if they could dump the water. Not even thinking and caught offguard by it, I said it was okay because we were going to be killing the weeds in a couple days. Instead of dumping it on the grass, they dumped the waste into my driveway. When I realized what it was, I made a comment that I was surprised it wasn't as dirty as I expected. Everything finally came together when we realized how bad it was the next day. What normally takes 24-48 hours for carpets to dry, theirs was dry in less than 10 hours. Probably because they didn't actually do a thorough cleaning. There was a room in the home that previously didn't smell that now reeks. There were stains in the room, so they must have put something on it and didn't clean it off. We now need to have that room re-cleaned or new carpet put in just because of the smell. The whole experience was terrible!
