We also ordered a portion of the buckwheat pancakes. Since it was busy, it took a while for the food come out (~25 mins), but it was worth the wait. The pierogis were very tasty, being filling, balanced, and well-cooked, served with side salads. The buckwheat dish was the highlight, however, with an incredible array of flavours and textures. All in all, top-notch food, affordable, pleasant environment. High recommendation.

These were INSANELY delicious, I liked them even more than the non-vegan ones I have had in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to bring non-vegans here at all. I don't know how they got the smoky bacon taste in the spinach one but I'm so impressed. It also came with a delicious side salad that was fresh and paired really well with the heavier dumplings. I can't wait to come back and try their cabbage and mushroom ones! I ordered for takeaway and they were still amazing heated up at home. You do pay 2 zloty for takeaway.

The desserts were also very nice, a piece of apple pie and a cup of tea was the perfect way to finish a nice dining experience. The only reason that I didn't offer five stars is because of the service, our server was very slow. The slow service didn't really take away much from the experience because the food was so good but enough that I can't give them five stars. We will be back for more veggies! I have since returned a couple of times and the service was excellent, so I suspect that as we all do our waitress just had a bad day. Wegeguru is now my favorite Vegan Restaurant in Warsaw and is completely worthy of five stars!

Vegetarian and vegan food does not look like a sludge served to a hospital patient on a strict diet. It's colorful and full of flavors, just skipping the meat part. Wegegury is a classic vegetarian restaurant with a more affordable lunch menu, served to local office workers an businessmen. It is not that affordable though - hence the one star less. The staff is supernice and professional and table service quick, important, if you have just 20 minutes to the next meeting.

This is a creative wordplay for sure, and the fake meat substitutes here were astoundingly good. The hummus kebab wrap came with baked "beef" seitan, along with fresh vegetables, a choice of sauce (I got the dill and spicy tomato), hummus, baba ghanoush, and marinated peppers, all wrapped in a thin pita bread and grilled to toasty perfection. The seitan had a spongy texture and came with a sweet and savory sauce, making for a super convincing meat substitute. But even better was the vegan pastrami, which were thin slices of seitan roasted with spices. I got this meat substitute as a burger, which was built on a large seeded bun, along with tons of fresh vegetables including lettuce, spinach, peppers, sprouts, pickles, and more. The vegetables were all fresh and crunchy, but the real star was the slices of seitan, which had an incredible smokey flavor and crispy texture. No wonder this chain of affordable vegan sandwiches/wraps has exploded in popularity with tons of locations--you won't even miss the meat!
