Orient Spa in Fethiye, Turkey…read more During my stay in Fethiye Turkey I've been to the Orient Spa in Fethiye, Turkey. It is a typical Turkish Spa or Bath and it is called Hamam in Turkish. The Spa is located only 200 meter from Calis beach and thus, makes it convenient to walk there. The front door people are a but pushy but the masseuse ladies very nice. My massage therapist - Hasret - is a cute and caring young women. Because of her I came back a second time. I made an appointment but when arrived was told Hasret is busy with another client. I had to come back later. When I did Hasret told me the big boss of the Orient hotel wanted a massage. Ohh, if the owner puts his wishes before that of his customers, well... only 3 stars, it could have been 5.

We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago at Easter and had a really great time. The weather at that time…read moreis just perfect. It is a holiday village with loads of facilities that it shares with its sister hotel The Perla next door. You can do everything from tennis, aerobics, pool games, water sports etc. There is a good kids club which my children loved, the entertainment staff in Turkey always seem to be much better than in places like Spain and the Canaries' The rooms were spacious, we had all four of us in one room and it was ok. Most tour operators go here half board but you can purchase all inclusive option if you want which we did and found to be worth it. That said the bars and restaurants that are within easy walking distance were all very reasonably priced. One last thing, have a Turkish bath when you get there it is an experience not to be missed!
