Who in their right mind would let a customer walk out with hair being all wet and stuff? I understand they charge for helping you dry hair. Like they won't even let you borrow a hair dryer to dry your hair. That is so ridiculous So if customer lives far they have to go home with wet hair?? LMAO Go to Soulo head spa everyone They do a full on experience and let you dry your hair for FREE read more

Firstly, I have nothing but great reviews for the therapists. However, the three star is meant for business practices as a whole. I have been to Tea Spa on Jones and Scalp Bar in Henderson and I have had amazing treatments with them. I just do not understand why they let you leave the spa with wet hair!!! I came in with dry hair and I just do not get the reasoning behind letting a customer come out of the salon with wet hair especially in the cold weather. I do not expect blow dry and styling and I find it reasonable to do an up charge for the additional service mentioned. Secondly, the bookings are back to back. Therapist do not have time to entertain questions as there is already a customer waiting. The therapist needs at least 15 minutes to prepare for the next customer. Like I mentioned before, the therapists are amazing! read more

I'm honestly upset about the way my wife was treated by Marma Head Spa. She's been a consistent, returning customer and has recommended their services to several friends and family members, so this experience was especially disappointing. Rather than showing any appreciation for her loyalty, the situation was handled in a way that felt careless and unfair. There was no real attempt to make things right or even acknowledge the fact that she's supported their business for so long. It came across as if her continued support didn't matter at all. A business should take care of the people who continue to support and promote them, and that clearly didn't happen here. Because of this experience, we won't be going back, and we definitely won't be recommending them anymore. read more

My daughter treated me to Marma Head Spa as a belated Mother's Day present. Best gift ever! The both of us went on a Sunday morning. The atmosphere was clean, serene and quiet. Relaxing music playing throughout our session. Anna did amazing during my session. The head massages, sound of the water flowing over my head and ending with a cooling rinse was wonderful. Then you go to a chair where the neck massage continues! What a great start to my Sunday. I can't wait to go back and add some services! read more

What a relaxing time today at Marma Head Spa. I came here with my friend today and we had such an amazing time. Gabby took care of me today. I had the "Refreshing Scalp and Facial Treatment" which is a 30 min facial massage and a 30 min hair cleansing session. Just a heads up the facial is more of a face massage more than your traditional facial but it was so so good! I noticed she used a lot of lymphatic drainage techniques which I loved. I mean who doesn't love a tight slim face?! The head massage/shampoo part was also really nice! The shampoo smelled like peppermint and was very very cold and tingly lol. But by the end of it I was falling asleep. I had such a good time and I was so relaxed. Gabby and the whole team is great. Thanks so much! read more

I had thee most relaxing treatment. Brittany welcomed me and showed me to this cubby/hair station (not sure what to call it.) It was quiet with spa music playing in the background. She covered me with a soft blanket. She spoke so softly. The massage was blissful almost forgot where I was. She gave great pressure while massaged my face & head. The service I received was the scalp and mind renewal, and that's exactly how I left.Feeling calm and renewed. Definitely recommend and ask for Brittany, read more

Gabby is magic! I feel like a hot noodle but look smoking hot! I can't wait to come back in April! read more

You deserve to treat yourself, and you deserve a treatment from Marma. When I tell you this is THE BEST HEAD SPA, I do not say this lightly. From the booking experience to the moment I walked out the door, my experience was phenomenal. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable, I felt so comfortable. I highly recommend adding the microscope scalp analysis along with the hand and arm massage. I work in a service industry and my hands are my most used tool, so it's a must. Overall, I cannot wait for my next service here and would highly recommend you not wait to treat yourself. read more

Exceptional experience at the Spa today! My best friend and I booked a session together this morning and were absolutely delighted by their service! The ambiance is serene, the place is super clean, friendly and I must say that Gabi provided me with the best scalp, neck and shoulder massage I've ever had! It will be our new favorite spot to visit every month! read more

I took my daughter here with me for a little R&R and bonding time. We booked their promo 2 for $99 for the winter season and added an arm and hand massage. We had Lainey and Sierra and they were very nice. The ambience was calming. The only thing I would improve on are the massages. My daughter had Lainey and she massaged her through her sweater. I've had a head spa treatment elsewhere and they had us undress from the waist up, wear a towel, and their neck and head massages were amazing. Overall everyone was very nice and we had a pleasant experience. read more

Without an appointment but a strong desire to get a head spa treatment based on the yelp reviews of this delightful store, I walked in and loved the moment I did. The ambience was so welcoming, the premises pristine. I was met by Gabby whose calm demeanor and soothing tone made me feel I was at the right place instantly. She later took care of my treatment and within that time, I felt so relaxed. The total treatment went beyond my expectations. it was so nice to be pampered. After the water treatment, Gaby dried my hair and added additional products that made my hair even look better. Friends and family complimented how good my hair looked! I wish I was local so I could come by more often. Gabby deserves 6 stars. If you are in the area - Go, go, Marma Head Spa - I'll be back. read more

I had such a great experience here! I found this place by chance as it was right next to a restaurant I was at. I booked a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me. The whole experience was heavenly. The water temperature was perfect. The massage felt amazing. The products that they used smelled so good. My service was done by Europe and since I opted to complete my treatment with a hot tool he gave me a heads up that the salon isn't style focused but he would try his best. He did such a great job curling my hair! I highly recommend this place! read more

I called a few places to get a scalp treatment appointment and Marma Head Spa called me even though I didn't leave s message. This was my first time at this head spa. I booked a 45 minute Scalp Ritual Session + an additional 10-minute scalp massage for a total of a 55 minute session. I was brought back into the room a few minutes after 11:00 AM and my service concluded at 11:43 AM with several LONG pauses of nothing happening during the service. After reaching out to management and asking for a refund for the extra 10 minute service I did not receive, Diane responded and said that "upon reviewing camera footage, the service concluded at 12:00" but has not provided me with this camera footage as I requested. Her entire response was accusing me of lying. Take your business anywhere else but here. read more

This was my first visit to a headspa, and Jessica made it memorable. She really stood out with how attentive she was throughout the entire session. Jessica catered to everything from the pressure of the massage to the water temperature, making sure each part of the experience felt perfect. Her technique was incredibly strong and relaxing. By the end, I felt refreshed, cared for, and completely relaxed. For a first-time visit, it couldn't have been better. Will definitely be coming back again! read more

When walking into Marma Head Spa the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Upon arrival, the inside is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and the amenities are great! The person to do my hair treatment was Rachel. Rachel took amazing care of me and made my spa experience relaxing. I had never done a treatment like that before and she ensure I was comfortable. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and puts her alll into her work. The treatment itself left my hair feeling soft and shiny. I call to this place to see if they can understand my needs, the owner answer me and I understand very fast that I speak with someone with experience. Melanie is very Professional and knowledgeable. Their touch was firm and gentle, perfectly calibrated to melt away tension without causing any discomfort. The music was great and relaxing. But it wasn't just the technical skill that impressed me. She brought a real sense of care and attentiveness to the massage. They seemed to intuitively understand exactly where my head held the most tension, and they focused their work on those areas with an expertise that left me breathless. She also did a face massage that help to drain sinuses. By the end of the massage, I felt really good . The tension in my scalp and neck had completely relieved. read more

I don't have any pictures of my experience here but, I am not sad about it. From the moment I walked in I was able to disconnect. This was one of the best self care experiences I have ever had. I got the Valentine's Day special, it was a wash, scalp scrub, arm and hand massage and neck and shoulders. The staff was so kind and thoughtful throughout the experience, even down to the smallest details like pulling my bra straps back up after my neck and shoulder massage. I felt well taken care of and I really can't wait to go back. I was worth every penny! I'm sure all of the staff are amazing but, I booked with Gabby and I can't recommend her enough! read more

Bright, extremely clean and very beautiful salon head spa. Soothing music plays in the background during the service. My technician was very attentive to details and did a relaxing massage on head, neck, back, and arms. I recommend getting the scalp + mind renewal service, and add on the arm and hand massage on top of that. Next time I'll try adding in the facial as well. read more

I visited Marma head spa few days ago and chose the hair repair therapy. The ambience was fantastic, calming and very welcoming. I was shown in detail and explained what we'd be doing and what's everything for by the very informative specialist. We proceeded to do multiple steps of the treatment including a very relaxing head wash and massage as well as high quality unique products that helped rejuvenate my hair. In the end I was offered a beverage and more amenities as we assessed the treatment together and I was shocked by how much difference I saw immediately. Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a fantastic and relaxing experience by professionals! read more

My husband took me here as a surprise after a long week of work. It was an amazing experience! I walked in carrying a lot of tension, and walked out completely relaxed. I got a head, neck, arm, and face wash. Plus a shampoo. The shampoo experience was completely relaxing and not like you get at a hair salon. Between the style of the bowl and chair and the Diane's hands it was a a perfect experience! Thank you! read more

After arriving for a booked appointment, I was then told they don't service "my type of hair". They tried to be "nice" about it. But I'm confused about what they think they'd be doing in an Ayurvedic headspa service that they can't do to my hair. I have locs. I was told they don't want to hurt me or harm my hair. I didn't insist because if this is your thinking, then I absolutely do NOT want you in my hair. However it frustratingly highlights their exclusionary practices and lack of knowledge about diverse hair types. A hair wash and scalp massage are more than appropriate for my hair and it's confusing that they would think otherwise. I was told my service would be cancelled and a confirmation would be sent. I waited around for a confirmation and the staff person told me a manager would be sending it in a few minutes, since their automated system does not send cancellation confirmations. ok. We waited around, went and got snacks and still no confirmation email. I'm writing this review a whole day later, and have yet to receive a confirmation email. Disappointing experience. But thankfully dodged a bullet. read more
