He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

We got an offer accepted in April and closed in June. Rob was a very responsive and punctual agent. Scheduling open houses and private showings with Rob was very smooth, sometimes we went to a few properties in one day. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it. There was a property with a major tilt and Rob pointed it out...it was making us dizzy. It was great having Rob to help answer our questions about the roof, the heater, water boiler, septic tank age and so much more. He would also provide comps of similar properties that sold recently in the area. Overall, we had a great experience with Robbie and would highly recommend him.

She sold our house super fast, gave great advise on staging, what projects we should do and not do and then she helped us find a home! All-in-all, a pleasurable experience and I am glad we did it. She negotiated on both deals and did an excellent job. Her strengths are her work ethic and honesty.

He is a great guy and a straight shooter and provides you with the information and suggestions you need to get through this process. We looked at a number of houses with Mike and he was able to identify things about the homes that we never would have noticed or even considered. There were several times where we may have gotten a little too excited about a house, despite some obvious setbacks, and Mike was right there keeping our best interests in the forefront. The idea of selling our house and finding a new one, with two kids, was a daunting task however, Mike really let us do it on our own schedule and was supportive and responsive any time we called on him. He was there every step of the way for us. He always answered every text, call, or email no matter what time of day or night it was. High energy, good listener, great knowledge and outstanding problem solver. Based on his analysis and expertise, we priced our property exactly where it should have been, and ultimately received 3 bids over asking price. Mike presented options for solutions rapidly, to achieve the goals we were going after. Beyond all of that, his honesty and accessibility was second to none. He answered every call/text within minutes. My family and I always had confidence that he had our best interest in mind. He was not afraid to put in the work at anytime during the process. Between hanging fire alarms, calling the water department and driving 45 minutes away to save me time, he was always willing to go beyond the extra mile. Mike also had recommendations for numerous vendors, that all worked out very well. I honestly could not recommend Mike enough. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Review #1134 This…read moreis a review for the real estate agent Karen Tanzer. Karen helped us with the search, and we absolutely loved her! From our initial phone call, I could tell that she is a very good agent. She listens attentively and you can tell your preferences are heard. During showings, Karen is punctual and communicative with her whereabouts. That exactly matches my style! Frankly, Karen is one of the few professionals who I have dealt with who is so similar to myself. I really couldn't have found a better match! You can tell she knows how to plan and plans showings very well. (I personally love to plan things, so I can easily tell someone who actually knows how to plan for things.) What I like Karen the most is how serious she is about covid precautions. I am someone who takes covid very seriously, and Karen is probably the only person I have met outside of my own family members who take just as seriously as I am. I am talking about wearing a quality mask, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc. There was one house we saw that asked for shoe covers, Karen just opened up her trunk and had spare shoe covers for us. At another house, someone didn't have the mask properly covered the nose and Karen wasted no time telling the person to mask up. I am really impressed with that! You can tell Karen is very knowledgeable about the local housing market and someone who specializes in new construction. She seems to know many other agents in the area. She also had personal recommendations for buyer attorney, inspection, plumbers, etc! Even during the closing process, she would send us updates and check-ins. She was clearly on top of everything. While I was assigned to Karen through an official university referral program, I couldn't be happier with this match. The university assigned me another agent as well, but Karen was simply better. I've talked to other real estate agents through friends and family here and there before, but immediately could tell Karen would be different. I can confidently say that Karen is the best real estate agent I have worked with.
