From our initial phone call, I could tell that she is a very good agent. She listens attentively and you can tell your preferences are heard. I am someone who takes covid very seriously, and Karen is probably the only person I have met outside of my own family members who take just as seriously as I am. I am talking about wearing a quality mask, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc. There was one house we saw that asked for shoe covers, Karen just opened up her trunk and had spare shoe covers for us.
