The environment is unclean, I suggest to go somewhere else if you can. The service is so-so.

I woke up one day and I could not stand or walk I was in severe pain and So I went to the emergency room and did some blood tests and x-rays after seven hours I was sent home with no answers. I decided To get a second opinion and I want to Dr CK Yeung. Dr CK Yeung did a diagnosis on me and within minutes he knew that I had severe gout and arthritis at the same time it was extremely Inflamed they look like my bones are broken. I am glad that Dr CK Yueng was able to diligently find a solution. And I didn't have to wait seven hours. And I don't know any other doctor that is still working at midnight! So Dr CK Yueng I thank you for Relieving me of my pain!!! Your doing a great job!

Awful customer service, and I've never felt so unappreciated and disrespected at an establishment before. First off, I don't even know the doctor's name because she didn't introduce herself. The female doctor did not seem to care at all, and there is clearly no protocol or process for their business. I called a week prior to book a specific appointment, where I was then told that it was confirmed with the female doctor. When I went in the Doctor refused to do the one thing I came in for. Why? Because simply, she just didn't want to. HUGE inconvenience, and most annoying of all there was no acknowledgment of the problem or suggested solution by management. The clinic was completely EMPTY and they refused to do a freaking bare minimum check up. Absolute garbage service. I told the doctor a brief history and all the questions I had for her seemed to be brushed off. She gave no insight into the different issues I was having and offered no support for finding out further information. The one thing I did leave with though is an $80 prescription for a face cream I don't need. I originally asked for a recommendation to a dermatologist, but of course she didnt listen and didn't even give me that. She just printed it out and walked me over to the pharmacy to purchase the cream (which by the way didn't even exist, so she had to readjust the prescription) and then literally just LEFT!!! Cause she doesn't give a shit The manager tried to be accommodating. Key word is tried. He could not solve the issue and on top of that did not try and apologize for the rudeness of his Doctor. When I explained my situation, he told me that he couldn't understand me. ????? Like ok thanks I'll just leave then. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! TL;DR - The manager doesn't have an established protocol with the doctors - Female doctor doesn't care - Reading WebMD results would've made me more comfortable

Tips: - The walk-in part of this clinic was smooth and fast…read more I went on a Thursday afternoon and there was one patient ahead of me. - If you want to book an appointment, you need to be a regular patient. You'll be assigned a family doctor after going through a screening session. - You want to enter through the main doors on the right. It's next to the eye clinic and McDonald's I have been thinking about getting a different family doctor. Even with an appointment, I can spent up to three hours at the doctor's office and I'd say that 85% of the time, I am waiting. A few days ago, I had stomach issues. Bloating. Dull pains. It was all new to me. I decided to seek out a walk-in clinic and found Jack Nathan Health, which is in Walmart. I figured out later that it was next to the eye clinic. I called the clinic. I asked about walk-in versus appointment. An appointment requires declaring yourself as a patient who has a family doctor here. The first step is to have an initial consultation with a doctor. After you have a family doctor, you can set up appointments. The first consultation was the end of May. I needed to see a doctor soon, so I asked about the walk-in clinic. The nice woman on the phone said that I could come on over. It wasn't busy. Cool! I parked closer to the Walmart food entrance. I had a longer walk over to the entrance where McDonald's and the eye clinic was. I found the health clinic and walked in. A male patient was talking to one of the female staffers at the counter, behind plexiglass. One of them greeted me. I was new to this clinic, so I had to fill out a form on both sides after I had presented my health card. The male overheard that I had just renewed my health card. He asked where I went to get mine done. I said at Service Ontario on Highway 7, west of Markham Road, in a plaza with a Dollarama. He thought it was closed. Um, no. I was there last Friday. I took out Google Maps. He couldn't place this Service Ontario. He finally asked if there was a No Frills. I pointed out that it was across the street from it and everything clicked. It helped that Google Maps has visuals. He was nice. He thanked me for my help. I'm glad that I could help. I filled out the two-page form. I sat briefly before I went into examination room 2. The man that I spoke to was the only patient ahead of me. It was crazy how fast it was to see a doctor. I got Dr Richards as my walk-in doctor. She was great listening to me and asking questions that would help her formulate my diagnosis. She had a calming presence about her. I got to lie down on the examination table. Yep, she confirmed that I had bloating going on around my stomach. The pain was more sensitive on my left and around the lower part of my stomach. I was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer. It was convenient being at Walmart because I could get everything I needed. What I should do: - Drink lots of water to stay hydrated - Continue enjoying yogurt or take a probiotic - Take Gravol for nausea I haven't been nauseous so far. I got a prescription for antibiotics. They seem to have kicked in a day later and has reduced some of the acid in my system. The doctor was great answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. I'd love to have her as my regular doctor. I got a prescription. I picked it up at the main check-in counter at the clinic. I thanked both women and headed to the pharmacy to get Gravol. I went to my usual pharmacy to get my prescription filled. I then got yogurt and drinks from the food section of Walmart before I left. I am grateful for this clinic and how nice everyone was. I was pleased that I got a diagnosis and how to fix me. I hope that I feel better soon. In the meantime, I know where to get Gravol and yogurt. (156)

Tip: If you are a co-caregiver and you need a medical note from this office, don't bother. This…read moreplace only accepts one name as a co-caregiver and the receptionist dictates whether you deserve to get a medical note written by Dr Woo. I like Dr Kin Yee Woo. She is my mom's family doctor. Everything that I said about her in my previous review still holds true. The problem? Her receptionist that I spoke to over the phone, which aligns with what other Yelpers have said about her -- that she's a heartless, nasty piece of work. At my workplace, we were recently mandated to go into the office three times a week. That wasn't going to happen with me, as my dad and I are co-caregivers. My dad can't handle my being away from helping my mom out for three full days. I applied for an exemption with Human Resources. The HR woman still had the notion that I'd be working my way to being in the office three times a week. She didn't understand that it's a LOT of work to care for a loved one with dementia and more, and hold a full-time job. She said that I needed a doctor's note to get an exemption. I thought that with my positive experience with Dr Woo at my mom's appointment that getting a note would go well. I'm too optimistic. I called this medical clinic. It's hit or miss getting a response. I have left voice message and never got a call back. On March 31, a female receptionist picked up. I asked if I could get a doctor's note written by Dr Woo to state that I needed to take care of my mom with my dad. This woman said that only one of us could be the caregiver on file. This limitation was odd. My dad and I have always done co-caregiving duties. He is listed as the primary caregiver. This receptionist said that the doctor's note couldn't have my name on it because my dad is listed as the primary caregiver. She also said that it's "[my] choice" to work remotely and you can't have co-caregivers. Yes, it's my choice to care for my mom with my dad and take the burden off him for potentially being in the office three days each week. I found it odd that she dictated the doctor's note's content on behalf of Dr Woo. She said that she'll contact the doctor to see if she is "willing" to write a note. As expected, she never called back. Luckily, my mom had her first appointment with her gerontologist about her dementia. I asked him if he could write me a doctor's note. I got it. This receptionist showed no empathy for my family's situation and getting a doctor's note to help us out. I'm sure karma will show her a thing or two if she's ever in our position. Being a complete jerk doesn't get you far in life. Summary: You get decent health care with Dr Woo. It's the receptionist that needs a heart and a vat of compassion. I have left a voice message to share my distain for this receptionist and the primary caregiver "policy" that is allegedly set up here. I don't expect a response, but it felt good leaving a piece of my mind. (187)

They're appallingly rude and seem to delight in being unhelpful. Patients are barely given a moment to ask a question or clarify something before being cut off and told what to do. It's a wonder they'll survive in the real world with attitudes like that.
