They were on time, beyond careful, meticulous in their workmanship and respectful of my home/property/plants, etc. I got top-quality materials and expert workmanship at a reasonable price - rare these days. ​ This was the best experience I've had with a contractor by a country mile. They did what they promised, when they promised and did a meticulously beautiful job. There aren't many companies that actually refuse to use anything but top quality materials, can pull off impecable workmanship, come in on time and on budget. After the first winter, I started experiencing leaks, called them and they blamed the subcontractors. Have had multiple rounds with them and they will not honor the warranty.
