It's a shame more people do not take the time to write a review. I started in January knew I wanted…read moreto buy a 2025 Venom Golf Cart. After meeting Skylar in Jenson Beach, Florida, VB was the closest dealership to where I reside. I received constant communication from the salesman, Tim who I see on the site is theowner.. He had all of my information, I had told him numerous times that I was not ready to purchase the golf cart until April. I was told there was 0% financing on 24/36 months. He told me he would order the cart have it in the shop. I gave $2000 down in good faith to be able to purchase the golf cart said no problem. He would keep it there until I was ready buy it. phone calls persisted, I got preapproved. Did all my financing paperwork with Eddie. 31 January, I was getting pressured on this day to sign my paperwork because Tim was leaving for the month of February to go to Key West after I adamantly told them I was not purchasing until April. They were not very happy never heard from them again, even though they had my money down. I came back from being out of town and called in beginning of March to see about my golf cart I wanted and I drove on a Friday, 3 1/2 hours to the dealership. I put a lot more money down and I was told the following weekend that my cart would be delivered To me. they said they would send me all the financing paperwork, priority mail. I could sign it and send it back. They called me that week on Thursday and told me there was a delay in getting the Golf Cart that it wouldn't be getting delivered. I went away for the weekend got back on Sunday and the financing paperwork was in my mailbox.. I read it over, put it back in the mail to be picked up on Wednesday, I was assuming that the golf cart was coming that next weekend. I called on Thursday to confirm that the Golf Cart was coming this weekend. As soon as I was told that the golf cart was not coming I told the finance manager that the financing paperwork would need to be redone. Granted he did not even receive it as of that point when we had the phone conversation. He said yes that we could redo the paperwork waited all the following week to hear from them. nobody called so I called them and told them that the cart needed to be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday and the corrected paperwork needed to come with it to, Eddie tried telling me on the phone that he was gonna have to re-run my credit. If I had to have new paperwork, signed, I told him that was a bunch of bull ***t. I was told that that's what they would do, the person they had delivering the Golf Cart arrived at about 8:15, pm, he had some bogus piece of paperwork they gave him to have me sign, which was-insignificant, he was just theMessenger. I couldn't blame the driver who is delivering the cart, it was pitched dark out. I haven't even seen the Golf Cart, I don't know if there's an owners manual that came with it. I don't know anything... . Because Eddy went ahead and submitted all of the financing paperwork anyways. Such dishonest people. Eddie or Tim wouldn't answer their phones to explain. there was supposed to be a cover for the golf cart that did not come. They were supposed to redo the financing paperwork. They did not do that. I have no copies of any of the paperwork I signed. They submitted the paperwork that I signed for March 26 and never received the Golf Cart until 10 April, all they did was lie, lie, lie do not use this dealership. Such dishonest people you can be sure that the creative owners of the Venom will also hear about this dealership and so will the Better Business Bureau. What should've been such an exciting purchase has turned in to such a nightmare.

Thanks again Eddie.. Ray From New York

I inquired about renting a golf cart and was informed you must reserve months ahead on holidays, especially 4th of July. My daughter was devastated. They had a lot of carts in their lot, so it seemed strange. The women were nice, but said they could not control the fact no availability. When we went by the store a few times during the day the same carts were their, untouched. Only a few places in town have full service sales and rental. I can't recommend based on my experience. However, since they were officially closed I will keep the review on par with A-OK. I would try them again and call ahead.

We enjoyed our cart rental from Eastern Shore Custom Carts! Having a golf cart in Cape Charles…read moreisn't 100% necessary but it is kind of fun to zip around in them. Our pick-up, usage process and drop-off was all pretty smooth. Dylan helped us pick-up and pick out cart. We went with a cheetah spotted leopard print since it stood out to us and it was quite fun visually. Plus, the unique pattern made it easy to spot on the street! We had a great time using it to casually cruise around Cape Charles. From the time we arrived until leaving with the cart took all of 15 minutes. The drop-off process was easy. Basically, all you need to do is drive it into the lot, park it near the door and drop your keys into the designated drop box before your designated return time. We returned ours at night and had no issues. However, I'd definitely recommend returning yours during the day if you can, because Cape Charles gets pretty dark at night with limited street lighting. Would definitely recommend Eastern Shore Custom Carts for your golf cart rental while in Cape Charles!
