which was an ok job and just recently for landscaping, driveway install and French drain…read moreinstallation. Quote was given for $16k which I thought was high but we like to support small businesses and local too so we said ok. We had told them EXACTLY what we wanted and Kyle said ok but when Eric came he did what he wanted to do and it wasn't even close to what I wanted. French drain wasn't installed correctly, dry river bed was just a lane of rocks and catch basins were entirely too small. Well then it came a storm! My brand new home was within less than a half inch of having water inside! I could see on the doorbell camera how bad it was getting and I cut my Mother's Day plans short to come home. Thank goodness I did and called them. Kyle came out and agreed it wasn't done correctly and he uses a pump on the "flower beds" for the next hour and half to keep the water out of the house. And he also agreed they had over charged us because Eric was only here for about maybe 15 hours over two days and he also agreed to refund us and to have Eric come back out and fix the mess they made. Well when Eric came out he just pulled all the rocks out from tge flower beds and scraped the dirt in the front yard and he did install one more catch basin. Again did not do what we asked him to do and I then spent the next 2 days trying to get all the rocks out of the yard where we were going to have sod laid. I spent HOURS doing this by hand because I didn't want rocks in my new lawn which is what we told them and why we paid high dollar for good top soil and not fill dirt! Well after Eric was through we had very very rocky top soil. And he left without even talking to us to make sure we were ok with it. Probably because he knew we wouldn't be. Now they are ignoring our calls and texts regarding the refund they owe us. And we are having to hire another contractor to come out and fix their mess and do what we hired them to do. I do not like leaving bad reviews especially to a small business but they have left me no choice! We paid them in good faith $16k dollars to do the work and they not only didn't do it correctly they made it worse! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!

I have had a very disappointing experience with On Grade Dirt Services. As you can see from their…read moreown post we contracted them to build us a 1000 ft road and 1 acre pond. When they finished, we had a road we were satisfied with and pond that we were told would be between 3/4 acre and 1 acre once filled. Unfortunately after the first good rain event when we were able to tell how truly small the pond was, 1/4 acre or less. We also realized On Grade Dirt Services missed their elevations, this left the dam lower than the overflow. We contacted them immediately in hopes of saving the pond. They would not answer the phone or return voicemails. They did finally reply to facebook messenger; however, took no action other than make false promises that they would get out there and correct it. At this point the dam has been completely washed away and On Grade Dirt Services will not respond to us in anyway.
