Established in 1991.
Mark's Bar & Grill started with Hot Dogs and Beer back when Bucerias was a small beach town. With the help of growers and local fisherman, better quality produce became available and the start of Mark's menu taste and style began. The menu changes with the seasons, using the freshest and organic product where possible.

Meet the Business Owner: Mark and Jan M.
Mark, from Michigan and Jan, from New Zealand met at table 5 in 1991. Mark's Bar and Grill was still a shabby, cement floor shell at the time, in Bucerias, a small Mexican town north of Puerto Vallarta. Jan started cooking and studying the style of food she loved, offering a daily special which they still offer today and the word spread. After traveling the world, learning about the art of food, wine and service Mark's became the land mark it is today. The wine list includes many favorite Mexican wine,s selected from their tastings in Mexican wine regions. Open everyday, all year, with multi course holiday menus.
