The next contact from the firm was not till November 18, when lawyer Andres left a voicemail with no apology for the 2-month delay. 4. He subsequently sent me an email stating, "If you wish to proceed with your claim, it is important to act immediately. Failure to do so may bar your claim based upon time limits." The final agreement worked out to be nearly the same as the generous offer 6 months prior that Sylvia refused to respond to. Sylvia is known as a fighter.
