Groceries are 2 to 3 times more expensive than Des Moines stores, so we buy the bare minimum here. I would prefer to shop locally and support local businesses, but they need to teach ALL their employees good customer service and how to smile and be friendly to customers. Of course, I've learned nearly everyone from Iowa is rude and that no one in this state understands good customer service anyway.
