I liked that this is the nearest supermarket that sells almost everything + is in the Simpson bay area, but it was honestly overpriced. I was surprised how imported things were so expensive! I like that there was tons of parking in front of the place + had a small coffee shop. read more

They sell everything that you need & it's w/in the Simpson bay area which is super convenient. Easy to walk there from hotel. It also has a lot of parking spots. It is also next to a Burger King & tons of good restaurants. Bad part is that we found that the majority of their things were over priced and expensive. After visiting Super U & Carrefour, we realized that the price was too much. We were grateful we came here on the 1st day to get some necessities. Recommend to try Super U or Carrefour for your grocery needs - better priced! read more

Simpson bey grocery market. Pricy but it has all the necessities. Check the dates on meats and cheeses Has sunblock Water etc Alcohol to get your fill. Smaller markets may have better prices just fyi read more

One of my favorite grocery stores in sxm. They have fresh and frozen food, and just about any other items you may need. They have sugar free Red Bull and now even Celsius, plus some baby items as well as toiletries. The only complaint I have is that there is never enough cashiers to check out. read more

We were staying at the Flamingo hotel resort and everyday we would stop here to grab a quick bite to eat from the prepared self serve hot food. The food was always so hot and tasty and for the reasonable price it was well worth it. We stocked up on all the goodies we needed back in the room. They also have a coffee bar and the quality is great plus different fresh baked goods at the coffee counter everyday. read more

If you are in town as a tourist this is your Caribbean Whole Foods. Place has everything you need to include a friendly staff. A great liquor selection with some prices better than the US. Don't skip the hot food bar. Grab some chicken or Ox tail to go. read more

Walk distance to several resorts near by. Decent size grocery store with a variety of things: seafood, Meats, fruits and Veggies. But some veggies and fruits are not fresh. The price is above average. Staff are not very friendly. Bags are not free. read more

The store is popular primarily due to its location to hotels. The prices are very high, but people assume all the prices for food on the island are high, since restaurant prices are high. But, if you go to the French side the prices are probably half of what Market Garden charges. Also, when you but things at MG they don't voluntarily give you an itemized receipt, you have to ask for it. I find this suspect. Three bags of groceries, nothing really expensive, cost almost $140. I felt ripped off. Also, their prepared food is terrible and expensive. read more

We found just about everything we were looking for here while on a week's vacation. It was walking distance from our resort in Simpson Bay. They have all kinds of fry goods, toiletries, meat, produce, and lots of liquor! The aisles are packed with groceries and we bought some snacks, soda, and other provisions to keep in our room for the week. The prices seemed kind of high, but we figured that most items have to be imported; so we bought them anyway. (We later heard from locals that this is not the most cost efficient place to shop; but then again we paid for the convenience!). On the other hand; liquor prices seemed good; but we already bought a few bottles at the airport duty free liquor store......live and learn! read more

Horrible. Staff is rude, prices are high and food is moldy. Check out the $6.70 mini cake laden with mold. Nasty. I realize it's convenient for travelers but come'on! And beware of the staff - watch your back and your things. read more

What a let down! Was happy they had a huge variety of offerings but the cashier completely ruined the experience. He clearly did not want to be there and when he was done ringing me up he left one last group of items on the counter. I let him it still needs to be bagged and he did not even look up from his phone when he grabbed a brown paper bag and passed it to me to do myself. Definitely calling management to complain. Employees should know that every single one of them is the face of the company and employers must hold them accountable for it. read more

This store is a haven for gluten free items. I was shocked at how many different choices they had. From muesli to bread to pretzels. I am also dairy free and there were choices choices choices! In fact they had many more items than my grocery store back home. I'm staying at the commodore suites above it and I couldn't be happier! read more
