Our daughter needed multiple x-rays and the x-ray tech was gentle and very friendly with our daughter. The nurse was the same. Dr. Redd was very friendly and my daughter, while scared that there would be pain, immediately warmed up to him. He had to put pressure on her arm while setting the cast but each time our daughter was about to cry, he diverted her attention to other topics (birthdays, playing, sports, school, etc.) and before you know it, with hardly a tear, the process was done.
